Sheldon Lake RV Resort

Sheldon Lake RV Resort is an existing RV Park in Houston, Texas. The 10.6 Acre property has 124 RV pads and renovations included:

  • Building a new clubhouse

  • Renovating the administrative office

  • Renovating the laundry facilities

  • Updating all RV pads – electrical, domestic water, sewer and pad surface

  • Adding fishing pond

  • Adding new cabins

  • Installing new gathering areas and BBQ stations

  • Landscape entire property

Willis RV Resort

Blue Ribbon RV Communities is developing a new 180 unit RV Resort in Willis, Texas. The 19.9 Acre property’s scope will include:

  • Building a new clubhouse

  • MEP infrastructure for all 180 RV pads

  • New laundry facilities

  • New bathroom outhouses

  • 2 acre fishing pond

  • Installation of one mile road within property

  • Adding 10 new cabins

  • Landscape entire property
