General Contracting

❑ Project Management

  • Monitor budgets for each trade, vendor and general conditions​​

  • Monitor schedule from mobilization to punch list

  • Conduct all project progress meetings – weekly team office meetings and site meetings

  • Manage project staff to ensure project goals are met

  • Manage communication between owner, project staff, city inspectors, architect and engineers

❑ Site Management

  • Coordinate schedule and sequencing of subcontractors and field operations

  • Provide guidance on field conditions

  • Manage in-house labor staff for safety and house keeping

  • Implement and monitor safety regulations 

  • Attend all inspection



  • CCP has a dedicated quality control department in order to value engineer and peer review all drawings from the architect, engineer, and subcontracts for accuracy of standards, specifications, and code regulations

  • Develop in-house coordination drawings to create a cohesive construction sequence and minimize change orders

  • Ensure all construction means and methods comply to owner's design intent and project's specifications

  • Visit material factories to ensure construction materials meet the project's standards

  • Ensure punch list is completed

  • Prepare as-builts

  • Participate in commissioning of all building systems

  • Implement and gather all warranties

  • Coordinate final transition from construction to property manager



  • Prequalify subcontractors and vendors

  • Bid, monitor and analyze subcontractor bids, material purchases and labor wages

  • Obtain and monitor insurance needs for CCP, subcontractors and consultants

  • Prepare trade contracts, schedule of values and contract terms


Budgeting and Accounting 

  • Prepare cost estimations for lump sum or guaranteed maximum contracts

  • Monitor budgets and cash flows

  • Prepare construction bank draws

  • Monitor and prepare subcontractor requisitions, vendor and consultant invoices for prompt payment

  • Monitor change orders

  • Prepare monthly estimate vs. budget reports



  • Provide administrative support to field and corporate office

  • Ensure all drawings and specifications are logged and distributed

  • Ensure all insurance coverages are up to date

  • Monitor and log all permits
